Shipping and Handling
We will arrange for the shipment of products to you. Shipping schedules are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays in shipments. Title and risk of loss and damages pass to you upon delivery of the products. In cases where reverse shipment cannot be arranged due to unavailability of logistics partners, you may be requested to send the products through available courier services.
Return of Products by You
We will accept the return of products provided the return is for products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, incorrect, or incomplete. Such discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours from the delivery date, and the products must be returned in their original condition.
Changes and Cancellation
