Warranty Coverage
All our products come with a standard warranty period as specified in the product description and on the purchase receipt provided at the time of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues under normal usage conditions within the stated period.
Products Applicable

Warranty Conditions
- The warranty is valid only with a valid proof of purchase (bill or receipt).
- The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or external factors such as accidents or natural disasters.
- The warranty is non-transferable and is applicable only to the original purchaser.
- ACECOM is not responsible for data loss. Please back up your data regularly.
- The original invoice and intact serial numbers are required for warranty claims. The warranty is void if the sticker or serial number is damaged.
- Repair or replacement time may take 15 to 30 days.
- For laptops, only repair warranty is provided; replacements are not applicable.
- Warranty covers only specified problems and does not extend to additional issues.
- Replacements may involve a different model or a refund based on the current market price. Additional payment may be required for higher-featured replacements.
Warranty Exclusions
- The warranty does not cover:
- Burn marks, pin damages, corrosion, and scratches.
- Lightning damage, voltage issues, food/beverage spills.
- Unauthorized tampering, natural disasters, or animal/insect damage.
- Printer heads and cartridges.
- Dead Pixel Policy: Covers monitors, laptops, LCD, and LED panels with over three dead pixels.
- Attempting repairs by unauthorized personnel voids the warranty.
- Service Location and Hours
- Warranty service is carry-in only. Defective items must be brought to the Acecom Lanka service division at Majestic City, Colombo 04, Sri Lanka.
- The service division operates from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, except on Sundays and holidays.
